Ice Cream Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup nonfat milk powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 vnlla Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans

Ice Cream

  1. Burn cinnamon stick.
  2. Add milk and cream and scraped Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans with pods and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add milk powder and sugar and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Chill for 2 hours.
  4. Freeze in ice cream maker, following
    manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. Place in the freezer to harden for 3 hours.
  6. Scoop and Enjoy!
