Ice Cream Ingredients
5 Total- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup nonfat milk powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 vnlla Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans
Ice Cream
- Burn cinnamon stick.
- Add milk and cream and scraped Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans with pods and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add milk powder and sugar and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Chill for 2 hours.
- Freeze in ice cream maker, following
manufacturer’s instructions. - Place in the freezer to harden for 3 hours.
- Scoop and Enjoy!
