vnlla Beachy Coconut, Shiso & Orange Sorbet Ingredients

  • 4 cups full fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. coconut cream
  • 2 tsp. vnlla Vanilla Extract + Orange
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh shiso leaves

vnlla Beachy Coconut, Shiso & Orange Sorbet

  1. Bring coconut milk, sugar, and coconut cream to a simmer.
  2. Add Vanilla Extract + Orange. Chill for 2 hours.
  3. Freeze in ice cream maker, following manufacturer’s instructions. 
  4. Add chopped shiso.
  5. Place in the freezer to harden for 3 hours.
  6. Scoop and enjoy!
