  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup nonfat milk powder
  • 1 1/2 cups maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. vnlla Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup chopped bacon brittle

    1. Bring milk, heavy cream, milk powder, and maple syrup to a simmer for 5 minutes.
    2. Blend in Pure Vanilla Extract. Chill for 2 hours.
    3. Freeze in ice cream maker, following manufacturer’s instructions. 
    4. Add chopped bacon brittle.
    5. Place in the freezer to harden for 3 hours.
    6. Scoop and enjoy
