  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup nonfat milk powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp white miso
  • 2 tsp. vnlla Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup cherry preserves

vnlla White Miso Cherry Ice Cream

  1. Bring milk, heavy cream, milk powder, and sugar to a simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Blend in white miso paste and Pure Vanilla Extract. Chill for 2 hours.
  3. Freeze in ice cream maker, following manufacturer’s instructions. 
  4. Add cherry preserves.
  5. Place in the freezer to harden for 3 hours.
  6. Scoop and enjoy!
